Abstract

Enlarging the provisions of Universal Declaration of Human Rights, The Convention no.111 from 1958 regarding discrimination in the field of employing manpower and practicing profession, , has pointed out the effect of discrimination: to suppress or to prejudice the equal opportunities or treatment in the field of employing manpower and practicing profession.
