Abstract

The article begins with the conceptual delimitations of the concepts: primary victimization, secondary victimization, direct victims and indirect victims, and secondary and tertiary victims. Several European Directives are analyzed, as well as the Istanbul Convention regarding the regulations of this notion, but also the recommendations to avoid this type of victimization.
