Abstract

The objective of the second protocol is to strengthen cooperation in cybercrime and the collection of electronic evidence of crimes for specific criminal investigations or proceedings. The article also presents and analyzes the most important procedural aspects related to the second additional protocol to the Council of Europe Convention on Cybercrime regarding enhanced cooperation and the disclosure of electronic evidence. The analysis of the second additional protocol takes into account the provisions of the Council of Europe Convention on Cybercrime.
