Abstract

Personality traits are considered an important determinant of behavior and performance. The role of entrepreneurial traits was emphasized rather in the field of independent business activities, than in the work behavior of the employees. The aim of this study is to answer the following question: Are entrepreneurial individuals more satisfied with their jobs than those not possessing these characteristics? Or do the inherent organizational limitations to innovation and individual autonomy make them feel unhappy? The research conducted on a convenience sample of 215 employees tries to find the answer to this question.
