Abstract

This paper focuses on the issue of training teachers to resist occupational stress by showing empathic behavior. Regarded as a professional value, empathy is based on the ability to intuit people's feelings. It is a quality everyone should possess in order to interact with others, be they colleagues, subordinates, customers, etc.
