Procrastination and Work Satisfaction

The article presents the relation between procrastination, considering the soldiering and cyberslacking dimensions and work satisfaction. Differences in procrastination are identified based on sociodemographic variables such as gender, age, and work seniority of the employees. The levels of procrastination of the employees do not differ based on the type of organization (public or private sector).Downloads
