Given the fact that worldwide the aging population continues to reach new peaks, there is a pressing need to explore if the labor force frame can be extended for older employees reaching 65 and beyond. The present article explores in some manner certain answers to these questions by taking into account the rise of flexible work arrangements and their daily impact and by also taking into account the changes visible today when it comes to work-related skills.Downloads
