Fulfilling the obligations of the local public authorities on environmental protection through administrative acts

Abstract

The administrative acts issued by the public administration authorities of environmental protection have a specificity deriving from the importance given by the state to environmental protection. The role of local public authorities should be investigated not only in terms of implementing the administrative act but also in fulfilling the environmental protection obligations, being considered as the first and the main authorities responsible for environmental protection at the local level. This requires a brief review of the environmental protection administrative acts issued by these authorities.
