Theoretical aspects regarding the exchange contract in the light of the new civil code

Abstract

Under the conditions of diversification of legal relations, the exchange contract was the archetype that generated the most used civil contract: the sale-purchase contract. The exchange contract still retains the individualized juridical characters in the sphere of contractual relations born between legal subjects, which cover the most diverse subjective rights.
