Analysis of Packaging and Packaging Waste Management, in the Context of Sustainable Development

Abstract

Starting from the need for sustainable development – meeting the needs of the present times without compromising the possibility of future generations to meet their own needs – the aspects regarding packaging and packaging waste management are an active measures meant to protect the natural environment. In this context, this work analyses the latest legislative amendments to the law regarding packaging and packaging waste management.
