Liberal and Conservative Approach to the Poor Students’ Education in the USA

This paper aims at outlining the reactions to Coleman`s 1966 report, `Equality of education regarding the gap between the scores achieved by the rich and poor students in the USA at the standardized tests which generated antagonist educational agendas according to the liberal and conservative political visions upon education.
