The Arbitration Convention – Conditions and Effects

Abstract

In order to give efficiency to the willing agreement of the parties materialized in a convention, the legislator permitted, in the civil matter, that some litigants, if the legal conditions are fulfilled, to be out of the sphere of competence of the judging courts of common law.
