Abstract

The practice of social work, specifically of the homeless, should not be outlined without models, actions, or the development of an assistance relationship. To create a relationship based on trust, to communicate efficiently, or to apply the theoretical models does not constitute a guarantee of success in homeless work. This part of social work carries moments of tension, frustration for the person who wants to help.
