Abstract

Romania is one of the states that had a meandering historical evolution that influenced the development of the society under different aspects. This influence can be discovered in the legislation field, no matter the law branch we study. From this point a view, a very good example can be the evolution of the legislation and the jurisprudence with regard to the non/non-patrimonial prejudices.
