Abstract

The Emergency Statutory Order No. 102/14 July 2005 on the freedom of movement on the Romanian territory of the citizens of the European Union member states and European Economic Territory transposes into the internal legal system the European Directive No. 38/2004 on the freedom of movement and stay of the European Union citizens and family members on the territory of the member states.
