Abstract

The scientific paper “The consequences of illegal possession and use of drugs in France, Finland, Sweden and Germany”, as the title shows it, deals with the phenomenon of illegal possession and use of drugs, as well as the legal measures taken in order to prevent and eradicate this phenomenon in democratic states such as France, Finland, Sweden, and Germany.
