International Juridical Norms Regarding Objective and Subjective Responsibility in Environmental Protection

Abstract

Contemporary society places a special emphasis on environmental protection. A special place in the international agreements and conventions with regard to environmental protection is taken by the idea of objective and subjective responsibility, even if international law does not contain universal norms with regard to states' responsibility in case of environmental damage.
