Abstract

Our aim was the development and optimisation of simple, rapid and cheap methods for detection of pesticides using biosensors that provide information on the toxicity of a sample. There were tested the possibilities of detection of chlopyrifos oxon using enzymatic biosensors obtained by immobilisation in a photocrosslinkable polymer PVA of different types of acethylcolinesterases (commercial enzymes and mutant Drosophila melanogaster enzymes).
