Abstract

The adjustment of suburethral slings “tension free” (TVT – tension free vaginal tape or TOT – transobturatory tape) represents the preferred method for many urologists for the surgical treatment of stress urinary incontinence. There are many controversies regarding one or another method used, but it is the surgeons choice depending on his experience.
