Abstract

Prominent nucleoli are an important diagnostic feature of prostate cancer. Various attributes of nucleoli are useful markers for diagnosis and prognosis. The present study aimed to analyze morphometric nucleolar parameters and to compare the results to histologic tumor grading (Gleason grading system).
