Metabolic Relationships of the Myocytes and the Connective Tissue in Uterine Fibromatosis

Abstract

Much researched, uterine fibromatosis is a topic of interest, displaying incomplete elucidated aspects, related to the etiology, pathology, histophysiology, and histogenesis of this uterine pathosis, classified under uterine benign tumors of the female reproductive system. As a result of specialized research, this paper discusses the findings of metabolic features for leiomyofibroma to be different from those constants in the uterine fibroma itself.
