Abstract

The study aimed at identifying the stressors experienced by teachers. The research was conducted by applying the survey “Management standards for work-related stress”, elaborated by Health and Safety Executive (HSE). The qualitative-research results reveal the main risk factors felt and expressed, useful to the managerial feedback, necessary for the improvement of both occupational environments within undergraduate education units and human-resource management.
