Abstract

This paper studies the heavy metal ions (Cu2+, Cd2+, Pb2+) on the human body. The enzymatic possibility to detect the presence of these heavy metals was also studied. It was used the Ellman method was used with a new genetically modified acetylcholinesterase from Drosophila melanogaster.
