Idiopatic Precocious Puberty

Abstract

In this article are two case presentations, respectively, of two girls with idiopathic precocious puberty. Both cases presented received treatment with GnRH analogue. The cases are a starting point to discuss about diagnosis and treatment of puberty disorders. There are included data from the literature about central precocious puberty and precocious thelarche are included. It is emphasized that the difficulty of diagnosis lies in the field of puberty disorders.
