A cross-sectional descriptive comparative study was conducted with 115 male participants aged 18 to 26. Data on various training parameters were collected using a self-administered questionnaire. The results indicated that participants exhibited discrepancies in their training practices compared to established scientific recommendations. An important percentage of study participants did not exercise according to the recommended guidelines regarding exercise sequencing, intensity, repetitions, rest periods, and training supervision. Participants who followed the recommendations regarding intensity, sets, repetitions, weekly training frequency, and supervision achieved higher objective accomplishment scores. Thus, there are notable discrepancies between everyday gym practices and scientific recommendations for improving muscular endurance in young adult men. Adherence to current recommendations and professional supervision are essential for maximizing training effectiveness, preventing injuries, and facilitating future adaptations. P. Sagat, P. A few key points to highlight from the statistics you've provided: About 13% of women and 10% of men over the age of 60 are diagnosed with gonarthrosis; The prevalence significantly rises in people over the age of 70, where it affects 40% of this population. This reflects the impact of aging on joint degeneration; Gonarthrosis is more common in women than men. While exact reasons aren't fully clear, hormonal factors, differences in joint anatomy, and possibly physical activity differences may play a role in this disparity; Despite radiographic evidence of osteoarthritis, only a portion of individuals’ experience symptoms. This emphasizes that structural joint changes don't always equate to pain or functional limitations; One study suggests that only 15% of patients with radiographic evidence of gonarthrosis have symptoms, indicating that many individuals may have osteoarthritis without knowing it; The overall incidence of symptomatic gonarthrosis is about 240 cases per 100,000 people per year, making it a significant public health issue. The current research aims at the potential of the sports infrastructure in the Republic of Moldova, but also the place of sports tourism in regional policies for the coming years. The subject of the research aims at the effects of the policies implemented in recent years, which contribute to the development of sports tourism. The methods that made it possible to carry out the present research included the analysis of specialized literature and the statistical-mathematical one. The results of the research highlighted the fact that in the Republic of Moldova, among the forms of tourism on the rise are gastronomic, transit and sports tourism, the latter becoming more and more popular. All this is due to central and regional policy instruments, which in recent years have led to the development of the necessary infrastructure, a fact that allowed the organization of large-scale sports events. Moreover, they had the ability to attract athletes, who used various local tourist services during the sports events. The mentioned leads us to conclude that at the regional level, in the development policies for the coming years, most of the authorities have measures to boost sports tourism. We make it clear that until now these children attended special schools. The study highlights, through the intentional recording of behavior, the manifestations of students with CES during physical education classes that were the basis for the formulation of action recommendations. The analysis finds its usefulness by informing future physical education teachers about situations for which they were not prepared. I.L. Constantin, M. The subject of the research focused on the instructive-tourism practice that can have various structural components must be implemented taking into account various aspects of the tourism industry. The methods that provided us with the expected results included the analysis of the specialized literature and the structural aspects of the tourist instructive practice process. All of this presupposes the implementation of some modules for practical field activities, necessary in the training of students' professional skills. Thus, the obtained results lead us to conclude that the diversification of student practices is essential in their professional training. E. Lungu, N.
