Contributions to the Improvement of the Humidification Operation of Cereals Destined For Milling

Abstract

In the paper is highlighted the improving possibilities of the technical system for humidification of cereals destined to be grinded. It is presented different automated dosing systems for water and for homogenization of the mixture. The complexity of humidification process and the dependency of it by a numerous number of factors require the assistance of a process calculator. It is remarked a important decrease of the ash percentage, simultaneous with the growth of the recovery of high quality cereal flour.
