Abstract

The paper presents the obtaining and preliminary characterization of Al2O3 films deposited by Spray Pyrolysis technique (SPD) from aqueous or water:ethanol solutions of AlCl3. The films, deposited onto microscopic glass substrates at temperatures varying from 150 ºC to 250 ºC were analyzed by using the UV-VIS spectrometry. The influence of the precursor solution composition and deposition parameters on the thickness and possible composition of the obtained films has been studied.
