Abstract

When trying to define the components of the Integrated Monitoring System Environment - Health (IMS E-H) a great variety of institution and organization acting at different levels of the socio-economic system are identified. The paper schematically presents these types of institutions and organisation, that have been grouped in different categories and a specific syntagm has been attributed to each of these groups, the one defining its most relevant involvement in the communication process inside the IMS E-H: perturbing, affected, guarantying, evaluators, evaluators and controllers, controllers, communicators.
