Rehabilitation of Soils Affected by Leachate with High Heavy Metals Content

Abstract

Wastes management is a key issue in sustainable development and represents a problem in most of the Romanian urban agglomerations. The paper presents field studies developed on the heavy metal content in the landfield of Covasna, as the first step in a complex approach, aiming to identify remediation solutions.
