Researches Regarding the Reliability and Degradation of the Automation Equipment of Tool-Machines

Abstract

The work presents the results of reliability studies achieved on two groups of 12 lathes with digital control SPT 32 type, where the advances train automation mechanism were with hydraulic, respectively electronic elements As compared to the predictable reliability value obtained with data from the specialist literature, the value of the operational reliability resulted by testing the lathes on a period of about 20000 working hours has emphasized important discrepancies.
