Solar and Wind Power Determination for Brasov City Area

Abstract

This paper proposes a study concerning the availability of solar and wind power for Brasov city area. The meteorological data used have been recorded with a Delta-T weather station, over a time span of two years. The paper presents the conclusions derived from the comparative analysis of the values obtained for the solar and wind power.
