Abstract

This work intends to sustain the fact that a process of measuring consumer satisfaction carried out in an objective and correct manner may offer the necessary data and information for making compatible, within the process, all participating parties. It will result in a sustainable value for consumers and a participative orientation of the own employees and partners able for added value.
