Abstract

As a core component of high-speed machine tools, high-speed motorized spindles play a vital role in the performance of high-speed machine tools. On the basis of introducing the characteristics of the high-speed motorized spindle, the research contents and research status of motorized-spindle dynamics and thermodynamics are summarized, and the future development trend of the high-speed motorized spindle in these two aspects has been prospected.
