Abstract

The vitality and viability of the historic centres, respectively of the related industries, implies an integrated quality-risk management that handles the opportunities and risks in their complexity and dynamism. In this context, a mathematical model was developed which involves a multi-criteria approach based on a series of selected indicators, taking into account the major factors involved in the evaluation of historic centre performance, namely: historic centre industries, historic centre economic performance, historic centre risks.
