Abstract

The publication presents the results of the development of a combined technological process of forming the outer and inner rings of fermentation columns on sheet samples using punching, rolling, and twisting. For this purpose, the equipment was designed that allows for one pass of the installation to form blanks with a tapered roller, both outer and inner rings. The experiment showed that the possibilities of the process are limited by the risk of destruction and necking or destruction of areas with holes in the inner ring.
