Instruments and Methods for Assessing the Impact Behavior of Fruit and Vegetables

Abstract

This paper presents two methods used at the international level for assessing the impact of fruit and vegetables. The impact behavior of fruit and vegetables can be simulated by an instrumented sphere. Also the digital potato is an adequate tools to asses the impact between vegetables and hard surfaces.
