General Aspects of the Metrological Reliability of the Water Meters

Abstract

The paper presents an analysis of the issues emerging from the use of water meters and emphasizes the importance of the analysis of the metrological reliability of the water meters. It presents an algorithm which can be used for the determination of the calibration life of the water meters as a function of the metrological reliability.
