Abstract

The paper presents a new class of current feedback operational amplifier (op amp), produced in Complementary Bipolar (CB) technology. Spice models are proposed for the two types of op amp - the current feedback amplifier (CFA), respectively, the voltage feedback amplifier (VFA), designed with identical base blocks. In order to compare the performances of CFA and VFA, their frequency behavior is analyzed.
